Hi there!

I'm Tania Bentin, holistic nutritionist, Certified GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner, and Certified MINDD Practitioner.

We all have different lifestyles, different demands on our time, and we all have a unique genetic makeup. There is no point in trying to follow a one-size-fits-all dietary approach with the aim of recreating someone else's success.

I wish I'd discovered a career in nutrition sooner. I have a B.A. (Hons) in French and Linguistics as well as a Diploma in Multimedia. While neither of those qualifications led me to a career I was passionate about, they have helped shape me into the person I am. I love research and the dynamic field of nutrition is an exciting area to be in for someone who constantly loves to learn and grow. I believe people are looking outside of conventional food guidelines because those guidelines are no longer working for us (if they ever did!). The majority of the Western population is sicker than ever before.

As well as my nutrition qualifications, I'm a mother of three. I am especially indebted to my children because it was through their health challenges that I discovered my passion for nutritional medicine.

My particular fields of interest are gut health, women’s health, hormonal imbalances and fertility issues, autoimmune conditions (such as MS, Hashimoto’s, Graves, coeliac disease, Crohn’s, and rheumatoid arthritis), but I also enjoy working with food sensitivities, newborn and children’s health, and general disease prevention. There has been an increase in metabolic issues, which very much can be addressed with nutrition.

You can make an appointment with me by using the Appointments tab or send me an email using the form below if you’d like more information. (Please don’t send an email just to make an appointment - all booking is done through the Appointments tab.)

I look forward to meeting you soon!
