Endometriosis / Adenomyosis / Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
This is a group session for women with endometriosis, adenomyosis and/or PCOS. You may also have not yet been diagnosed with these conditions but have symptoms. In an intimate group of five, you'll feel comfortable sharing your health experiences, for which the group will discuss evidence-based, appropriate nutritional and lifestyle interventions. [If you don't feel comfortable discussing your health in a small group setting, a one-on-one appointment may be more suitable for you.]
